We use DHL Express and Royal Mail Tracked for getting our bags to our customers. If you have any questions please contact us.
Shipping within the UK (Free)
Delivery within 5 working days. If you need your bag sooner - please send us a message and we will see if we can offer a faster option.
EU & International
Your bag will be delivered to you with duties/taxes pre-paid by us.
Delivery within 7 working days. If you need your bag sooner - please send us a message and we will see if we can offer a faster option.
ITALY - customers in Italy need to provide a passport or national identity card number to DHL when it is requested. All duties and taxes are paid by us and you will not have to pay anything extra other than what you pay on our website.
Returns & Refunds
We offer full refunds for bags returned to us unworn with labels attached if you change your mind.
We offer free returns for customers in the UK.
For returns outside if the UK, we cannot offer free returns.

Established in 2013 by designer Cathleen Nicol and based in the Scottish Highlands, our brand aesthetic straddles the contemporary and our Highland heritage.
The use of high-grade leathers from tanneries with sustainable practises, and luxury textiles from Scotland woven with attention to detail, clean lines and subtle branding are all key to our brand ethos.
