Established in 2013 by designer Cathleen Nicol and based in the Scottish Highlands, our brand aesthetic straddles the contemporary and our Highland heritage.

The use of high-grade leathers from tanneries with sustainable practises, and luxury textiles from Scotland woven with attention to detail, clean lines and subtle branding are all key to our brand ethos.

Our bags are carefully made in small batches and you may find from time to time a waiting list for certain styles and colours - you can join the waiting list and we will notify you when these bags become available.

Holly 2.0

One of the first bags created by designer Cathleen, and firmly a C.Nicol bestseller online and in stores. The Holly mini is a chic and deceptively spacious bucket bag with a fixed, adjustable shoulder strap and an inner, removable cross body strap.

 

Rosa

We designed our first Rosa bag in spring 2018 and after five years with a strong and structured form, she’s back, but this time with a slightly softer, more casual feel.

This is the perfect bag for workdays (plenty of room for a laptop) and weekends. The two long straps fit comfortably on the shoulder.
